This Privacy Policy explains what information Sanad collects and how it's used. Sanad is an investment research platform with Shariah analysis built in — it is not a broker and does not execute trades.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text) if you create an account.
- Usage preferences: language and theme settings, saved locally in your browser.
- Watchlist data, if you use Sanad Pro's compliance-change alerts.
Third-party data providers
Market prices, financial statements, and dividend history are sourced from Twelve Data. Cryptocurrency prices and market data come from CoinGecko. Business-activity classification for US stocks and cryptocurrencies is sourced from Halal Terminal. Arabic translations of company descriptions are generated via DeepL. None of these providers receive your personal account information — only the ticker/coin lookups needed to serve the page.
What we don't do
Sanad does not sell your personal data to third parties, and does not use your data for advertising.
